A Dutch private integrated training support company, ECA Program, established by Melville Ten Cate and R Kendall in 2007, has reached an agreement with Beltechexport of Belarus for the supply of 15 Sukhoi Su-27 Flankers under the terms of a €1.2 billion (￡1.0 billion) agreement. Other contracts cover the supply of ground-based radar systems, surface-to-air missile units and command and control equipment. Deliveries are due to commence soon and will be completed before the end of 2012.
