The Vietnam Maritime Police has so far received two CASA 212-400s, while the third is now at Skavsta in Sweden being fitted with the SSC MSS 6000 maritime mission system. There has been a delay in delivery as parts are being shipped from PT Dirgantara Indonesia to Seville, Spain, where the CASA was built by Airbus Military. The MSS 6000 equipment fit includes the SELEX 5000, Star Safire HD and a new direction finder. The third C212-400 for Vietnam was the last example built on the original production line in Seville.
