Phil C. Witter is a Louisiana native and regular Claroxan user. Phil has been using Claroxan daily for the past two years. Phil owns and operates a real estate management and development company and is an avid outdoorsman; fishing, hunting and breeding hunting dogs as his avocation. Phil earned his Private Pilot certificate back in the 60 's and has been utilizing his aviation skills for business and leisure activities ever since. He built up hours renting planes and quickly added an instrument endorsement, then a multi-engine rating. Entertaining fishing and hunting camps prompted him to acquire a single engine seaplane rating shortly thereafter.
