You're a kid astronaut rocketing toward Mars, and you're faced with a dilemma: You're worried that experienced, older astronaut Cooper is not monitoring the critical ventilation system, as he is supposed to. Do you confront him? Check his logs without his knowledge? Or, as the generation raised on Highlights for Children would say, "Will you be a Goofus or a Gallant?" If you go with your Goofus instinct (or, rather, turn to page 112), damned if Cooper doesn't catch you checking his logs.
