The Chicago Department of Aviation has released a 17-week schedulespecifying which runways will be used through May 17, 2020, under thenew Interim Fly Quiet Program for O’Hare International Airport, whichwill begin on Nov. 3. The schedule is at oharenoise.org.The Interim Fly Quiet plan is expected to be in place from November2019 to May 2020 and from September 2020 to January 2021. The planwill be impacted by airfield construction projects, which will result in revertingto the original Fly Quiet program during those periods.
