FAA announced on June 24 that the charter of its NextGen AdvisoryCommittee (NAC) has been renewed for two years.The primary goal of the NAC, a Federal Advisory Committee, “is toprovide advice on agency-level issues facing the aviation community inimplementing the Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen)modernization efforts across the National Airspace System,” FAA said.The agency said the Secretary of Transportation “determined the NACis necessary and is in the public interest.”
