In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the FAA on April 9invited public comments on its intention to request Office of Management andBudget (OMB) approval to renew an information collection related to its Part 150 Airport Noise Compatibility Program.The deadline for submitting comments is June 8.The information to be collected under the Part 150 Program is necessary becausenoise compatibility program measures are eligible for federal grants-in-aid ifthey are provided to FAA for review and approval in advance, FAA explained in itsFederal Register notice.
