Hi, Airways team, I'm a long-time subscriber and wanted to say thanks for putting out an excellent aviation magazine that, of late, seems to be getting better each month. On February 9, 2019, I was lucky enough to fly on a Qantas 747-400(ER), registered as VH-OEG, which operated a rare domestic flight from Sydney to Melbourne to reposition there to serve an Antarctic charter the following day. This trip was pre-planned, of course! My wife and I flew Business in the upper deck. It will be a shame when they retire the 747 because it is a great aircraft to fly in.
