In the lush farmland south of the university town of Cambridge in England's region of East Anglia, there is a portal to the past. But this is not any ordinary 'time machine'. The Imperial War Museum's Duxford branch is a glimpse into the often glorious, sometimes quirky, and―sadly―too often unfulfilled nature of British commercial and military aviation.
