Melanie Lambrick is a Montreal-based illustrator who works with clients all over the world. Originally from Vancouver Island, she spent her first professional years in urban planning and international development, focused on promoting women's rights in cities. In her current career, she enjoys bringing gendered and human rights perspectives to her work whenever possible. On any given day, you can find Melanie in her studio, hiding from the inclement Quebec winter with her cat, copious amounts of coffee and pencils, and a good knitting project or two.
