摘要

The Moeller Direct Pot Feeding is designed to ensure a constant feed of secondary alumina to the ore bunkers of the electrolytic cell on the highest possible reliability. Combining the Turboflow Transport System with the Super Feeding System lead to an innovative system, working smoothly, effectively and efficiently in aluminium smelting plants. Low conveying velocities preserve the particle size distribution and the flow ability of the secondary alumina and minimise scaling effects. Thanks to separation of the main conveying air pressure at the intermediate bin, there is no interference with feeding secondary alumina from intermediate bin via point feeders into the ore bunker of the electrolytic cell. This most competitive system excels due to reduced wear, reduced maintenance and high operating reliability.
