With the help of the Carlyle Group, Honsel is expanding to become a leading world-wide supplier of light metal castings. As part of this process, the acquisition company Castings Acquisition Corp. (Castings) associated with the Group recently took up all the available shares of Tritech Precision Inc., Toronto and Trimin Enterprises Inc., Vancouver.
