Outotec has received orders from ETI Alueminyum A.S. to deliver green anode plant and rodding shop technology worth about €15m. ETI Alueminyum plans to convert its primary aluminium smelter located at Seydisehir (Konya) in Turkey from Soederberg technology to pre-baked anode technology. Outotec will be providing technology, engineering, equipment supply and site supervision services for a green anode plant along with a crushing plant for recycled carbon materials. Both plant sections will be integrated into the existing anode plant building.
