Rolled aluminium producer Novelis has opened a new office in Shanghai to expand its presence in Asia. To lead the company's business development in China, Novelis has appointed James Liu managing director of Novelis China, and director, sales and marketing, Automotive Asia. Mr Liu joins Novelis from Alcoa China Rolled Products Group, where he was vice president and managing director, Alcoa International (Asia) Ltd.
