Es sind nicht nur die hohen Energiepreise, die die Aluminiumproduktion zu einem schwierigen Geschäft machen. In jüngerer Zeit drückt zudem der gestiegene Rohstoffpreis auf die Margen. Mehr als 30 Organisationen haben im November des vorigen Jahres auf der "China Commodity Conference" die Fakten zur Entwicklung der Aluminiumproduktion in China zusammengetragen.
