JBS will continue to experience a volatile share price, but we see scope for improved financial performance with key seniormanagement changes. Sales growth will remain relatively strong as new acquisitions are integrated, and the ASF outbreak will leadto a considerable increase in export demand. However, the company’s steep valuation discounts have now disappeared, and webelieve the market impact of ASF and the US-China trade dispute have been priced in. Consequently, we now expect marketperformance against the Bovespa Index.
