Japanese brewer Kirin has set out plans for the Brazilian market, nfollowing its successful bid for full control of Shincariol. Kirin's nPresident and CEO Senji Miyake has revealed that the company nwill look to install a new governance structure and is also to plan-nning to formulate a new strategy for the group, built partly around nan increased focus on the premium sector.
