摘要

As attracting and retaining subscribers becomes increasingly difficult, telecom operators with converged Internet protocol (IP)-based networks need interesting applications to differentiate them. This paper describes and illustrates how telecom operators can provide contextually relevant user experience on three channels (personal computer [PC] at the office, television at home, and mobile in transit) to their subscribers with minimum additional overheads.
