摘要

Convergent bundles that combine partners' services into customer offerings have been categorized as partner value chain services. These are more ubiquitous after telcos started launching the new-age services-m-commerce, location-based services, etc. The article looks at the services from a customer assurance perspective as the launch of the services would need to be backed up through assurance activities.rnThe paper provides a framework to measure the complexity of partner service offerings. The partner service framework would help corporates to proactively evolve assurance strategies, structures, processes, and systems around the services that they offer.
