摘要

This paper has addressed the main functional building blocks of the SPICE platform and its possibilities to create personalized and adapted services for the end user. It has highlighted the importance of knowledge management and the brokering architecture, as well as addressed its composition strategies.rnSPICE platform, through the SEE, provides the possibility for SPICE-fied components to run in the platform. For optimization reasons it even provides a service roaming infrastructure when a SPICE-fied component is re-installed to a visited network to provide better QoS.
