Wide and growing adoption of Web 2.0 technologies by Internet users and corporations around the world set up a challenge for governmental agencies and organizations to join the movement and bring new generation of services and quality of governance through increased usage of information and communication technologies (ICT)-government 2.0.rnCorporations around the world can set a good example and inspire others to use the emerging Web 2.0 technologies in daily governmental practice. According to McKinsey research, 94 percent of the organizations have Web 2.0 technologies internally and slightly fewer of them have external use with partners, customers, or suppliers. These practices can easily be adapted to the governmental situation, either from the perspective of organizational development or of managing relations with other organizations and governmental agencies. Ideas gained from interaction with customers can also be mapped onto the way governments can relate to citizens, or to other partner organizations in the broad spectrum of their activities.
