THREE NEW JETS were announced in the spring by Cessna and Bombardier, a sign that while the recession isn't over, it isn't getting worse. Analyst Richard Aboulafia calls the economic stalemate "an absence of pessimism," something that is seen as an improvement. Cessna's super-midsize Citation Longitude jet is aimed at the upper end of the market at $26 million, while Bombardier unveiled the Learjet 70 at $11.5 million and the Learjet 75 priced at $13 million.
