Linking aged care with disability support runs the risk of incurring the understandable wrath of those, like myself (in their mid-705), who do not consider themselves to be either elderly and/or particularly disabled. However, aged care is not solely related to an individual's current health and mobility, but also the level of vulnerability to injury and illness, placing the issue of disability support firmly in the same area as aged care.
