Professional logisticians working in the field understand that providing the best possible logistics support for the warfighter in an ever changing environment is a complicated and continuous effort. But planning logistics can be even more complicated. Usability is the governing factor for successfully implementing a logistics support framework. The concept needs to be simple to understand, sound in construct, and scalable to multitude of situations.
