The Army conducts multiple training exercises in foreign countries every year. These exercises usually are executed in coordination with the armed forces of the host countries.rnContingency contracting teams (CCTs) supporting these multinational exercises typically encounter problems in five areas:rn1. Micro-purchase capabilities of torch and advanced echelon (ADVON) parties.
