Indonesian group CT Corpora, owned by local tycoon Chairul Tanjung, has agreed a deal to purchase shares in Indonusa Telemedia, the company behind pay-TV operator Telkom Vision, as it looks to bolster its position in the country's media market. Indonusa Telemedia is currently 100 percent owned by dominant telecoms carrier Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), "Upon closing of this transaction, CT Corp. and Telkom will have a joint ownership in Telkom Vision," Telkom said in a statement. Morgan Stanley advised on the sale.
