Japan-based mobile operator Softbank and KT (Korea Telecom) plan to sign a cloud computing agreement valued at $65 million to take advantage of the regional cloud computing market, which has been adversely affected following the devastating earthquake in March. The companies plan to establish the JV this September; KT would own a 51 percent stake, with Softbank owning the rest.
