Astro Malaysia will launch a Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS). The operator expects this VSS to allow the Group to simplify the organization, enhance operational efficiency and reduce annual operating expenses. The VSS is offered on a voluntary basis. Astro Malaysia has also announced it has developed a transition program to support employees who opt for the VSS, including coaching and skills upgrading training programs.
