The Republic of Singapore Navy has evolved from a coastal patrol force to one of Asia's most modern naval forces. ADJ posed some questions to Singapore's Chief of Navy, Rear Adm Ng Chee Peng in providing us with an updated look of the RSN. The admiral details some of the top priorities of the RSN including capability, operational readiness, manpower and future growth path and quality of service including the navy's organisation, structure and modernisation programmes.
