Asia Global Crossing Ltd., the Asian subsidiary of troubled fiber-optic carrier Global Crossing Ltd., has disclosed that it is looking for a cash injection and warned that its auditors are likely to "express sub- stantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern."
