The International Exhibition of Textile Machinery (ITMA) will be held during September 22-29 at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain. According to the organizer, ITMA 2011 is themed "Master the art of innovation", featuring innovations in textile and garment making, fiber and yarn, research and education, sustainable manufacturing and technical textiles. At ITMA 2011, cutting-edge solutions for the entire textile-making chain will be presented by about 1,400 exhibitors in the span of exhibition area of 100,000sqm. Elevating raw materials, prices and rising labor costs have propelled textile and garment manufacturers to find ways to slash their production costs, while the overwhelming trend of sustainability has made going green the only way out. At ITMA 2011, leading textile machinery makers will present their cutting edge technology to help manufacturers ease their headache.
