Kreitals has a long history of engagement with the international textile community, and with the Textiles Federation in particular.rnHe said he was asked to run the workshop because of the success he was seen to have had with the Australian TCF Technology Network, a former initiative of the Victorian Government and the TFIA.rnDuring the course of the TCF Network's operations, over the three and half years to December 2008, Kreitals had engaged with over 300 firms and more than 40 research institutions (nine of which were international) to explore the scope for collaboration to bring new ideas to the market.
