Bruck textiles CEO Alan Willamson and Hellweg managing director Damien Arthur have both expressed concern after the Victorian Government awarded a contract to supply bulletproof vests to the state's police force to an offshore company.rnBruck inherited the production of fabric for the vests after purchasing Melba Industries. But production for the Victorian tender will not commence after Hellweg International, the Bayswater factory buying the material, recently lost its contract with Victoria Police.
