RMIT University has reinforced its commitment to developing excellence in research for the textile, clothing and fashion industry with the appointment of Dr Jennifer Craik to a professorial position within the School of Fashion and Textiles."Professor Craik's appointment will provide research leadership for the Design disciplines, integral to the growth and developmentrnof the textile, clothing and footwear industries," said Keith Cowlishaw the head of the School of Fashion and Textiles. "These disciplines include Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fashion Merchandising and the application of Textile Technology within a design framework."
