The refrigeration and air conditioning industry strongly shares in the concerns about the Earth's future environment. It will, therefore, participate in any alternative technologies that will lead to green house gas emission reduction providing that they are safe, feasible and economically viable. The proposed approaches address climate change by acting on both carbon dioxide (the largest green house gas contributor) and on HFC emissions.
