摘要

Based on 20 years of experience in the production of small screw compressors for refrigeration and air conditioning applications some time ago the development of a newly designed compact screw compressor range with integral oil separator has been started. Dispensing with typical manufacturing needs and part synergy, the new series has been developed mainly dependent on market demands. The new high performance rotor profile combines high tightness with good manufacturing, giving high capacity and energy efficiency at tolerable cost. The infinite capacity control incorporates a sliding economiser position, allowing full economizing also at part load operation. Compact size has been achieved in this compressor class. These compressors are being released for the refrigerants R134a, R407C and R22. The design features of the compressors are explained on the basis of application demands.
