I read an article in a paper a few weeks ago, which highlighted the dilemma of using a web page as an organisation's main contact with their clients and members. It seems, that in spite of the huge advances made in technology and the appearance of all-singing web pages, many people are forgetting a very simple fact: there is no point in having a web page if the people you hope are going to use and gain the most benefit from it, don't know that it is there.
