It is. the cornerstone of our modern food industry as well as being very important in a range of other industries such as health. Without refrigeration how would we store and distribute the vast amounts of fresh, safe food we need to feed people? Refrigeration is universal in food manufacture, catering and food service, retail outlets, and in our homes.
