摘要

The law of employment now, more than ever before, deals within a social, economic and legal context set against a background of human rights, personal and psychological concerns and issues. In recent years, the law of employment has incorporated the changed realities of the workplace in areas such as discrimination, sexual harassment, smoking and violence among others. Also, the face of the workforce has changed. Basically, it is necessary that employers develop appropriate new mechanisms and systems that are consistent with the legal response to problems in the workforce.
