ARA submitted comments to the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health A%Administration (OSHA) in response to its proposed rule that would require employers to electronically submit their facility's occupational injury and illness information to OSHA. ARA noted that this proposed change represents a major departure from current policy which requires the same information to be collected, recorded, and posted in the individual workplace but NOT reported to OSHA either via paper or electronic means.
