Hisakazu Mizutani has been named president of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. He had been executive vice president/president/ CEO of integrated defense and space systems. He succeeds Hiromichi Morimoto, who has retired. Rockwell Collins has named Talel Kamel managing director and Bernard Bouillaud sales director for the Middle East, Turkey and North Africa.
