John McCain has had enough. He's had enough of the United Launch Alliance (ULA). He's had enough of the U.S. buying rocket engines from Russia. The Senate Armed Services chairman accuses the company of "manipulative extortion" in thwarting efforts to replace the Russian-made RD-180 rocket engine as the powerplant for most U.S. military and intelligence launches. To ban their use, he vows to do "everything in my power."
