AW&ST: Is Russian President Vladimir Putin good for business? Kennedy: There is a significant tension in Eastern Europe, a lot of it around the things that we're seeing in Ukraine. In the past [Russia's neighbors] said "Everything is fine, we don't really need to spend any money on defense," but I think there's a relook on defense spending across Eastern Europe. I see growth opportunities in there that I had not seen two years ago. There is clearly upside potential across the board, especially for defensive-type systems.
