Allen Paxson (see photo) has been named executive vice president of CFM International, West Chester, Ohio, the joint company of Snecma and GE. He succeeds Chaker Chahrour, who has become vice president-sales and marketing for GE Aviation. Paxson was general manager for the GE's Regional Engines and Services. Marshall O. Larsen has been appointed an independent member of the board of directors of Los Angeles-based Air Lease Corp. He was chair-man/president/CERO of the Goodrich Corp. until it was acquired by United Technologies Corp.
