There is nowhere to go but up for new CEO Scott Donnelly after Textron posted the worst score of any company in the TPC rankings. Operating income was down 77%, as the company unwound a troubled finance unit, and a sales and backlog implosion forced Cessna to temporarily shut down. Textron's TPC score fell to 25 from 50 two years ago. Unmanned systems and Bell Helicopter should lead the way back, and Cessna's outlook will gradually improve, but a rebound will take time.
