John J. Walsh, who was president of Ducommun Technologies, will be the corporation's vice president-strategy and technology. Other appointments are: Rick Placido vice president-supply chain management, Mike Pollack vice president-sales and marketing, Rose Rogers vice president-human resources for operations, Hovik Hacobian vice president-information technology, Don Devore vice president/treasurer, Todd Kawai vice president/assistant controller, Don Miller president of the Miltec Div., Bob Sepulveda vice president-operations for Ducommun Technologies, Tony Kelsey vice president-operations for Ducommun AeroStructures, Jesus Gonzalez director of operations at the Phoenix facility and Andy Wu vice president-continuous improvement.
