Just how deep that could be will permeate this year's Farnborough International air show like water through sand. Figures for this year's show, scheduled July 14-20, could portend a bumper exhibition, but figures alone can be deceptive. Trevor Sidebottom, managing director of Farnborough International Ltd., the company established to run the show by the Society of British Aerospace Companies (SBAC), says bookings are up "overall by 5% ... and 2006 was previously our largest show."
