Among the 50 states of the U.S.-plus a capital district and several territories around the world-there is just one that is the best place to be an aerospace manufacturer: the state of Washington.According to two separate studies conducted since summer, including one released in September, Washington is by far the best place to locate a current or future aerospace business. The reasons are almost self-explanatory.
