But the agency already is challenged by the current tempo of operations.During a two-day conference the FAA and the Air Traffic Control Association held Oct. 29-30 to discuss integrating commercial space launch and recovery operations in the national airspace system, presenters described air traffic control oversight of the burgeoning industry as overly conservative in setting temporary flight restrictions (TFR) around launch sites.
