David Davenport has been named FlightSafety International president/ CEO. He had been co-CEO/president of commercial. Ray Johns remains as co-CEO/president of government and manufacturing. Patricia Arundell-Lampe has been promoted to senior vice president/chief financial officer from chief financial director/treasurer. Tom Arseneault has been promoted to BAE Systems president/chief operating officer from COO. Arseneault previously held other senior leadership roles at BAE, Lockheed Martin, General Electric and TASC. CACI International has hired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. (ret.) Michael H. Shields as senior vice president of advanced technology for mission adoption. Shields' more than 30 years of military leadership included heading the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Airbus has appointed Antoine Bou-vier as the head of strategy, mergers and acquisitions and public affairs and Patrick de Castelbajac as head of Asia-Pacific commercial aircraft sales. Both Bouvier and de Castelbajac were executives at the ATR regional turboprop joint venture.
